I truly believe that a transformational Sabbath practice is attainable, even for families with young children! My name is Lauren Zitek, and I’m so excited that you’re here, choosing this rhythm of rest alongside me and my family.
My ideas are drawn from what has worked well for my family, as well as what I have learned from others, including dear friends, theologians, pastors, writers, and podcasters along the way. A special thanks to Practicing the Way and John Mark Comer for all of their wonderful resources on this topic.
